Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are excited about our
7th and 8th grade girls athletic field trip to Main Event on May 5th
!
This field trip is to celebrate our athletes’ hard work, dedication and success this school year.
Transportation will be provided by RRISD. GMS coaches will be chaperoning. Athletes will leave school at 9:30 and return at 2:30. Athletes are responsible to communicate with their teachers and complete any missed work.
Action Items & Next Steps
Permission Slip: A signed permission slip is required for your athlete to attend, permission slips were sent home today. Please return the hard copy of the permission slip to Coach Holtmeier no later than April 8th.
Payment: The $25.00 fee is due by April 8th. Payments can be made via the online payment portal linked below. The payment portal will open on April 13th.

Lunch: 2 slices of pizza and a soft drink are included in the field trip fee. Additional food and concessions can be purchased separately.
Activities: Field trip fee also includes all you can play activities, bowling shoes, and a $10.00 fun card. Additional fun cards can be purchased separately.
