A portion of it is included below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presented my work on statistical SRAM bit\u2011cell design technology at the 2008 VLSI Symposium Tutorial. The full slides are available below.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieved early\u2011stage yield ramp\u2011up, driven primarily by SRAM\u2011macro yield, and delivered record\u2011breaking yield at Samsung Foundry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigated 3D transistor structures and SRAM cell architectures enabled by wafer\u2011bonding technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
